Returns Policy

Our returns policy is equally straight forward. We don't take returns. The reason for this is to protect you the consumer! Once the goods have left our factory, we have no control over what happens to them.

Online Buying Policy

1. The onus is upon you to provide the correct delivery address, preferably a street address or if you give us a post box address we can not guarantee delivery in stiputlated time or delivery in general.
2. Orders received by 12:00 will be processed on the same day, orders received after 12:00 will be processed the following day.
3. We have no control on delivery time once the product has left our premises. Deliveries times are an estimate.
4. 1 to 2 days to JHB and surrounds, 3-4 days to Cape Town and surrounds.
5. It is up to the client to contact us and let us know if the parcel does not arrive.
6. Once you order is processed we are regrettably unable to change it.
