Meet Tasha

Tasha’s great grandmother was a confectioner by trade. It’s genetic, what more can be said?

The recipe is a family recipe that has been passed down through the generations, and is still used today. A recipe that is hand-crafted and packaged with attention to detail for that tastebud tickling morsel you enjoy today! From the basic recipe, Tasha has developed many different flavours, the fudge sauce, the popcorn, and now the Millionaire’s Shortbread.

Tasha is a Silwood Kitchen graduate, a Cordon Bleu chef. A baker since the age of 10, with many a holiday spent in the kitchen with Gran. It is safe to say that Tasha’s happy place is definitely in the kitchen!

So, here’s to creating memories. Those taking you back to times with your Grandma, or taking you forward to making memories with your children – weddings, birthdays, high day and holidays. Any celebration, joyous or sad.
